Hello and welcome to my new blog. I have decided to start writing this blog because I have recently finished writing my GCSEs and I am now about three weeks into my extended eight week summer holidays and so I am becoming quite bored because the novelty of having a very long holiday is quickly wearing off. I have spent the last week sailing around the Solent (that stretch of water between Southampton and the Isle of Wight) in a 37ft long yacht with my school. The week before that I went on my first week of work experience at an engineering firm called Arup in central London.
Anyway, that’s enough about my past. I aim to update this blog as often as I possibly can but unfortunately for you, the reader, I lead a relatively busy life so I might not be able to upload new content as often as I would like. I am going to Cornwall in a few weeks time and then I’m going hill walking in the Lake District with the scout troop that I belong to (25th Camberwell, Dulwich College Scouts if you’re interested). After that I go back to school on 1st September as a year 12 and work hard in my first year of A-levels which will be maths, physics, chemistry and geography. However, that’s still over a month away and I try not to think about that too much because I am trying to enjoy my time away from school as much as possible.
So that is a very quick overview of my life and hopefully I will be uploading some new content soon. Thank you to anybody who has taken the time to read this and please leave any comments below.
